Tomorrow's home care
Increasing number of users of care services and fewer people to deliver them, has created a need to look at services, working methods and technology in context and look at how resources best can be used where they are needed the most.
The aim of "Tomorrow's home care" was to see what it takes to allow older people to get stay longer at home, what can increase the chance of good welfare technology solutions and what can provide a smarter way for the municipality to deliver health services on.
The project was based on identifying the needs of the elderly related to being able to stay as long as possible at home, the service providers' needs related to intelligent deliveries of services, as well as implementation and operation of welfare technology solutions.
The project demonstrates needs that could lead to new working methods or reorganization of services. The effect is to cover the users' real needs and simultaneously achieve a smarter and more efficient service delivery of good quality.
